Returns & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your AKS Shopping purchase. Below is our Returns & Refund Policy.
1. Return Eligibility
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided the item is:
- Unused and in its original condition.
- In its original packaging with all tags and accessories.
Personalized or custom-made items are non-returnable unless defective or damaged.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Package the item securely and include the RMA number.
- Ship the item to: AKS Shopping LLC, 3120 Scott Boulevard, Santa Clara, CA 95054, USA.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected]. We will provide a prepaid return label and issue a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
5. International Returns
International customers may return items within 30 days, subject to the same eligibility criteria. Customers are responsible for return shipping and any customs fees. Refunds will exclude original shipping costs.
6. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before shipment by contacting us at [email protected]. If the order has already shipped, it must be returned following our return process.
